Nutrition and wellness expert with 25+ years of experience
She has been working for 25 years in the field of nutrition and its deep connection with aesthetics, as well as in the research and development of new low-glycemic protein products. After graduating, she also obtained a diploma as a naturopath and became a Master Trainer in P.N.E.I. (Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology). She is also a life and business coach.
Endocrinologist and diabetologist specializing in longevity
She is a medical doctor specialized in Endocrinology and Diabetology, focused on functional medicine, metabolism, and chronic inflammation. Adjunct Professor at San Raffaele University and co-creator of the Missori-Gelli® Method, she combines clinical practice, research, and education with a personalized, evidence-based approach.
